Les mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es en conformit\u00e9 avec la norme de propret\u00e9 du carburant ISO-4406.<\/h4>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La norme ASTM D 7619 est une m\u00e9thode d&#8217;essai d&#8217;obscurcis-sement de la lumi\u00e8re qui utilise des faisceaux laser traversant un \u00e9chantillon de carburant pour d\u00e9terminer la taille et la quantit\u00e9 des tr\u00e8s petites particules qui bloquent les filtres et peuvent endom-mager les moteurs. Les particules qui bloquent la lumi\u00e8re cr\u00e9ent une ombre qui est rep\u00e9r\u00e9e par un capteur de lumi\u00e8re command\u00e9 par ordinateur et la quantit\u00e9 totale de particules, ainsi que leur taille sp\u00e9cifique, est mesur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode d&#8217;essai est assez pr\u00e9cise et non discriminante. \u00c9tant un test purement calculatoire, il ne d\u00e9termine pas la composition des particules contaminantes. Il est con\u00e7u pour mesurer toutes les particules de 4, 6 et 14 microns qui peuvent boucher les filtres \u00e0 carburant ou endommager les moteurs, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse des mati\u00e8res inorganiques telles que la poussi\u00e8re, la rouille et la salet\u00e9, ou des mati\u00e8res organiques telles que les gommes, mati\u00e8res microbiennes et gouttelettes d&#8217;eau en suspension.<\/p>\n<p>XBEE n&#8217;affecte pas les particules inorganiques, mais ses enzymes d\u00e9composent et r\u00e9duisent la taille et la quantit\u00e9 de particules organiques collantes qui bouchent rapidement les filtres \u00e0 carburant, raccourcissant leur dur\u00e9e de vie. Si rien n\u2019est fait, l&#8217;eau dans le carburant peut \u00e9roder les pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques et d\u00e9truire les t\u00eates d&#8217;injecteur. L&#8217;eau disperse \u00e9galement les couches de lubrification de l&#8217;huile moteur et du carburant, provoquant une usure acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e des pi\u00e8ces mobiles.
