In August 2018, Bureau Veritas independent and accredited laboratory analyzed a sample of Marine Gasoil. The said sample was treated with XBEE technology. The analysis showed that such fuel, also known as MGO (Marine Gas Oil), remains in compliance with ISO 8217:2017 DMA.
Conclusions by Bureau Veritas:
“The tests were conducted after the laboratory mixed the XBEE additive at a dosage of 1:4000, followed by a two-week holding period at a constant temperature. The tested sample, mixed with XBEE technology, conforms to the limits of the DMA grade specifications according to ISO 8217:2017.”
